Need new banner, background, and on off icons.

Can someone please do these for me please? Link to the site is in my sig if you need it.

Anyway, I would like any kind of blue mayeb, nothing that hurts the eyes, and it must match this... www.gameguru.in/images/sonic-rpg-ds.jpg (Use picture for the banner) Any kind of orb like thing for the on off icons would be nice. Also for the background maybe something wavy(and blue).
